These terms apply to your use of bigtimetrivia.com. By using the site, you agree to them. They're short on purpose; if you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Entertainment and reflection, not advice

Big Time Trivia offers free personality and character quizzes and articles, for entertainment, reflection and general education. A quiz result comes from counting your answers. It isn't psychological, medical, legal, financial, career or relationship advice, and it isn't a substitute for an assessment by a qualified professional. Please don't use a result to make important decisions, or decisions about other people, such as hiring.

Accuracy

We check facts against sources and fix errors when we find them or they're reported (see the About page). Even so, the site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that the content is accurate, complete or current, or that the site will always be available.

Content ownership

The quizzes, articles and scoring code on this site are the work of the team that runs Big Time Trivia, which owns them. You're welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with a link back. Please don't copy or republish whole quizzes or articles, or substantial parts of them, without written permission.

Names of books, shows, characters and personality frameworks mentioned on the site belong to their owners. The site isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them, and refers to them to describe, discuss and quiz about them.

Links to other sites

Pages on the site link to sources on other websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Big Time Trivia and the people who run it aren't liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including decisions made on the basis of a quiz result. Some places don't allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
